Refund Policy

BAISAR TECH LLP ("we", "us", "our") operates the Sledr service and offers paid Pro Personal and Pro Team subscriptions.
Merchant of record
All payments for Sledr subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the merchant of record for the transaction. As such, refunds for any Sledr subscription are governed by Paddle's policies:

Where local consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you stronger or longer rights than those policies, the local right applies. Nothing on this page limits any statutory consumer rights you may have.
How to request a refund
To request a refund or cancellation, contact Paddle directly through any of the following:
- The "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email
- The support link inside your Paddle receipt
- https://paddle.net — select "Request refund"
Refunds, where eligible, are processed by Paddle to the original payment method.
You can also email us at billing@sledr.com if you need help locating your transaction or have questions about your subscription — we will assist where we can, but the refund decision is made by Paddle in accordance with their policy.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Sledr account billing settings, or through the Paddle channels listed above. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your Pro plan remains active until that date, after which your account reverts to the free Basic tier. Content you have already recorded remains accessible.
Pro Team seat changes
When you add seats mid-cycle, Paddle prorates the additional charge for the remainder of the billing period. When you remove seats, the change takes effect at the next renewal.
Free tier
The free Basic plan is permanent and free of charge. No payment is taken, and no refund applies.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Paddle retries automatically over a short window. If all retries fail, the subscription is paused and your account reverts to Basic limits.
